Last week we took time out at Diamond Harbour. We rented an online holiday home which was very warm and comfortable.

The 'Black Cat' ferried passengers from Diamond Harbour to Lyttleton. An eight minute trip each way. A pleasant journey and much less time than by road.

ReplyDeleteYes, it is a beautiful place. Fantastic views of the hills and the sea. A great place to rest for a while. Occasional tremors are felt under foot but thats okay.
